We have four events and four Business after Hour events your participation options for the year are:
Cupcakes and Characters
Cupcakes and Characters, held in May (date TBA), booth sponsor $200.00, your business name will be on a reusable back drop that will be used at this event each year. Cupcakes and Characters is an event that we do with the Shirley Schools where the proceeds are split between the school and the Chamber. Guests pay $5 a person to come and enjoy a cupcake, refreshments and have their photo take with as many characters as they would like. You may also choose to donate cupcakes for the event with your business name listed as a participant.

Fun, Fashion and Food
Fun, Fashion and Food, August 8th. If you are a food based business you will be asked to provide finger foods for approximately 150 people, a fashion based business is asked to provide three models for the event and a service based business will be asked to provide a centerpiece to be used as a door prize for the event.

Find Boo in the Bay
Find Boo in the Bay scavenger hunt and costume party, October 30th. Any business can choose to be a location for our participants to visit on their scavenger hunt but your participation will have to be kept secret until after the hunt, “treats” will be provided by the Chamber and all you have to do is hand them out. If you’d be interested in being a sponsor for the event we are looking for a band sponsor ($200) and food sponsors (any cash amount or food donation would be appreciated, the meal is chili, cornbread, salad and dessert).

Light up the Bay
Light up the Bay, December 4th and the Festival of Trees, December 4 – 12th. Any business can choose to have a tree for display only or donate one for auction. We will also be accepting wreaths for auction. Last year we sold out of 1300 cookies and we will need a lot more this year so you can also commit to donating cookies for this event with your business name listed as a participant.
