Shane E. Ford, O.D.

Dr. Shane FordDr. Ford graduated with a B.S. in Biology from Lyon College. Following that, he graduated Cum Laude in 2000 from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis. He is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Arkansas Optometric Association where he has served as a director and currently serves as president. He also serves on the Arkansas Eye and Vision Commission. His past honors include the Arkansas Young Optometrist of the Year as well as the Special Service Award. Dr. Ford donates his time to the InfantSee program, VisionUSA, and has worked with other charitable organizations to provide eye care for those in need. He has also served on mission trips to Honduras. Dr. Ford and his wife Tanya have two daughters and live in Conway. Dr. Ford enjoys anything outdoors with the girls such as fishing, hiking, and spending time at the family farm.


Eric M. Robbins, O.D.

Dr. Eric M. RobbinsDr. Robbins was raised in Fayetteville, Arkansas and graduated Fayetteville High School in 1992. In high school he was active in athletics and honored as an all-state defensive end. He was also active in Boys Scouts and achieved rank of Eagle Scout. In 1992 Dr. Robbins moved to Conway to attend University of Central Arkansas. During his time at UCA, Dr. Robbins was a member and president of Sigma Tau Gamma and served as a representative in Student Government. Dr. Robbins graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 1996 with a degree in Biology. In 1997 Dr. Robbins began his Optometric education at the Southern College of Optometry, Memphis, TN. In 1998 he was married to his wife Holly whom he had met and dated at UCA. In 2001 Dr. Robbins graduated from SCO. Dr. Robbins then returned to Conway after graduation to begin practicing optometry. He has been a partner with Arkansas Eye Care Group since 2005. Dr. Robbins and his wife have two sons, Luke and Zack. He enjoys his time off with his family by hunting, attending church at Second Baptist of Conway, and volunteers as a den leader for Cub Scouts. Dr. Robbins is an active member of both the Arkansas and American Optometric association.


R. Hunter Scaife, O.D.

Dr. Scaife is a native Arkansan growing up in eastern Arkansas. He graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 1995 with a B.S. in Biology. Afterwards, he attended Southern College of Optometry in Memphis where he graduated in 2000. Dr. Scaife is a board certified Optometric Physician and is a member of both the American Optometric Association and the Arkansas Optometric Association. Dr. Scaife and his wife Metra have three children, Marlee, Lyndee, and John Hunter. Dr. Scaife has been practicing Optometry in the Conway area for the past 10 years now.


James F. McCoy, O.D.

Dr. McCoy has been caring for patients in the Conway and Clinton area since 1967. He attended Hendrix College prior to graduating from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis. He has been an active member of the American Optometric Association as well as the Arkansas Optometric Association. Dr. McCoy has a wide range of interests outside of optometry including playing music, camping, and spending time with the grandkids.
